Mr. Epacs is the firm’s lead estate planning attorney. He specializes in the design, drafting and implementation of estate plans, often involving substantial assets. Whether the need is for a simple Will and Living Trust or far more complex estate planning, Mr. Epacs has the skill and expertise to create the appropriate estate plan. He has assisted individual clients and their families in all aspects of estate planning. He has extensive experience counseling clients regarding the difficult financial and legal decisions required to ensure the well-being of their families and the long-term success of their businesses.

Mr. Epacs was awarded a Presidential Scholarship to Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics in 2000. Mr. Epacs attended Ave Maria School of Law and graduated with the inaugural class of 2003. During his law school tenure, Mr. Epacs worked as an intern with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office and was the owner/operator of a closely held business. He was admitted as a member of the Michigan State Bar in 2003, and is admitted to practice before all Michigan state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He joined the firm in 2006. Mr. Epacs is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Probate and Estate Planning Section, and is an active member of Wealth Counsel, LLC, a national Estate Planning network.
